Cosmetic surgery for pets!

On the news today they were talking about cosmetic surgery for pets. I did not know what that could be all about when I first saw it. Apparently they are trying to stop this practice in California. What they were refering to was tail cropping in dogs, declawing in cats and so forth. Personally I am all for the banning of these practices.
